It seemed like forever since we've done Andy and Jaya's engagement session but the big day was finally here. The ceremony was held at St. Peters in Kirkwood Mo. The reception was held at the Chase Park Plaza in the magnificent Khorassan Ballroom. The morning rains gave way to beautiful skies, and a wonderful celebration. Andy didn't squint nearly as much as he thought and Jaya, she's was simply stunning. You guys are so cute together... Congratulations!
It was nice being able to see so many relatives. It's pretty different shooting guest as they arrive and the hands are extended for handshakes and Trishia is grabbing hugs from relatives we don't get the opportunity to see very often. The ceremony was held at St. Catherine Laboure and the reception was the Westport Sheraton (some of the most amazing service and food). I remember shuffling around the dance floor at my brother's wedding when Wendy was the flower girl, now she's gracefully dancing with her new husband David. Good times!

The weather kept us guessing all day. Rain (aka. blessings from above), then sun, then some major dumping (I mean more blessings from above), then sun. But finally the skies cleared for the ceremony. It's almost like a divine intervention. Even the worst storms seem to clear for our couples to have a beautiful day, (knock on wood). The wedding was held at the Piper Palm house, in Tower Grove Park and a reception at the Christy Reception Center followed. While the rain put a damper on the arch shots, we still got some fun shots at forest park before the ceremony. Congratulations guys... we still wish the dogs would have come.... Congratulations!
Savannah - We met Savannah through Brittney (one of our senior models). Savannah showed up with her best friend Madi. Savannah and Madi both returned for the viewing session and Savannah, graduating in just days wanted to get a wallet order in. It went kinda like this: I want that one, I want that one, I want that one, ohhh, that one's so cute, I want that one, I have to have that one. The look on Madi's face was priceless as she explained to Savannah that she can't order all of them. Pretty funny, we narrowed the wallets down to 15 different poses. Congratulations on your graduation.
