Sara and Justin - Play Ball

Sara and Justin tied the knot at Second Presbyterian Church in the Central West End. The stained glass, woodwork, and design of the church are amazing. Carolyn from Wedding Ceremony Services kept things flowing and organized throughout the day.  The Reception was at the Sheldon. The catering was done by Sybergs catering , everyone with Sybergs did a superior job serving and provided a spread that was absoulutely amazing.

The only thing that could possibly top the entire day for us was to endulge in my absolute favorite cheesecake, the best cheesecake in St. Louis, Hanks Cheesecake. YUM!!!

Lights out!   Dance Dance Dance!

Ok, so the lights didn't go out till after the ceremony but it went something like this;  a 4 minute warning and then darkness fell over Dardenne Presbyterian Church. We thought they might turn them back on but they didn't seem to mind the bride trying to get down the steps in the dark, and us breaking down our equipment in the dark. It made for an eventful night.

The expressions on everyones face when the unity candle just would not light was great.

Ian and Amy - The Falls

Shooting posed photography in the dark is always a challenge but we loved working with Ian and Amy. The ceremony was located at The Falls in Columbia, IL. The staff at The Falls is always super helpful and some of the friendliest vendors that we've ever worked with. It's been a year since we shot there and it was great, at usual. The ceremony was beautiful and the bridal party was a blast.
