What a fantastic couple !!!
Matt and Jill were married at St. Ferdinand in Florrisant, MO. It's really fun when you find you're working with the same pastor two weeks in a row. Our previous wedding to this was in St. Genevieve, Mo. also performed by Fr. Dempsey, who happens to do a great job.
Matt managed to keep the letters spelling out H-E-L-P on the bottom of his shoes throughout the entire ceremony. Don't get the wrong idea, these two are very in love.
They did a balloon release after the ceremony followed by photos at Frontier Park in St. Chas and a reception at Old Hickory Golf Club. The management at Old Hickory allowed us to shoot on the fareway, at the golf course. The management at Old Hickory did a great job accomodating everyone.
Their wedding party was definitly in our top ten. FUN FUN FUN... At the reception, Matt displayed a little more emotion than we see from most grooms. He made his reason clear, "This is the happiest day of my life". That's a good thing to hear from a groom on his wedding day.
